This airport is great! We are always welcomed and quickly taken care of. The owner is a great guy too!

Zero stars. Rude. Rude Rude. People from the tourist department or sales people were so rude to us. First time visiting Cabo and probably the last time. They yelled at me that they was gonna send me back to my country I’m wondering what part of Mexico was that since I’m a Mexican. Just because all I needed was a taxi. I didn’t have time for all they trying to sale to me. People are so rude. If you don’t wanna go thru this. Just don’t stop or listen to them. Go straight thru the double doors. You can get your taxi outside. Somebody got to do something about these peoples

When you are landing, they have a bus ready to take you to the main entrance of the airport... which was odd considering the main entrance was about a 5 minute walk from the plane..! It took 5 minutes to get everyone on the bus and then they literally just drove under a minute to drop everyone off at entrance. I thought that was a huge waste of resources..!! Once you enter the building, the staff is actually quite rude. There are too many people trying to sell you things and then you have airport staff yelling at you to move along. As if they were herding sheep! There needs to be a better system to find escort to hotel. All these people trying to get you to ride their private shuttles when you already have hotel shuttle booked. It is very difficult and frustrating! The airport is not that big, but there are some shops when you are waiting to fly out. They have a Mercado, I dropped off my postcard with the Mex Grocer and it took about 3 1/2 months for my postcard to get to my mother back in Texas. XD I also disliked that the two main bars outside are right where the buses come to pick up... So it's multiple rows for people to wait for their shuttle and the normal people waiting in line have people with drinks shoving and passing them as they try to get to and from the bars.. So dumb!!

Like some said, if you flew a commercial airline to Cabo, you did NOT use this airport. This is a private airport for General Aviation only. That said, we flew into this airport for a vacation and the process couldn't have been easier. I had emailed them my airworthiness and registration etc prior to my flight. Once we landed we were greeted by smiling staff who handled everything. My family and I just sat in the lounge while they cleared us through custom and got our rental car ready. Completely different experience from our other trip to Loreto (MMLT) where we were herded through different tiny rooms. Of course I paid a premium for the convenience and VIP service, but for a family with 2 impatient little kids it's so nice to have this option. If you want to save money you can use the MMSD airport.

A vast majority of the reviews on here are for LOS CABOS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (SJD) — that is the primary commercial airport in Los Cabos and is located north of San Jose del Cabo. THIS airport is only for smaller, private planes. If you didn’t fly here on a private jet, you didn’t fly into this airport so please stop posting reviews about the pushy salesman and busy food court — there is no food court here!!

I like the beautiful upkeep of the airport. I don't like getting bombarded with salesmen trying to get you to get in their taxis, book with their hotels, and comitted to tours around Cabo. Overpriced and almost highway robbery. Please do your research and book with direct vendors. You'll be attacked as soon as you land!

It's okay, but a little small and kind of uncomfortable
