This Airline offers Zero customer service. They do not care about you or any situation you may encounter. They would rather charge you double than help you in anyway, that being said there is nobody to talk to about your concerns just a few agents by phone trying to rip you off. They will leave you stranded without a flight. Please DO NOT FLY with Aeromexico!! Worst Airline Ever!!

There is no office of Aeromexico there. I could not go to another one before they closed at 6:00 pm (now 6:14 pm). Don’t trust Google Maps.

the place is really bad with the costumer service, they are really impolite, they always avoid eye contact and they're awful talking with the costumers. They take care more see and check their phone than work and give a good service, also, their answer is always check on the website or there's everything in the website while they talk with their colleagues.
