They took away my truck and disrespect me and my husband. They do not know how to treat people with respect. My truck was American and they did not want to give it back. We tried our best and were not able to. When we asked to talk to a supervisor they said they were in vacation. So I asked if there was anyone that had higher authority and they did not want to help for nothing. That place is the worst.

I have always received excellent service here. Even though I haven't had a ton of experience with immigration paperwork, they were willing to help me and answer my questions. I have noticed that generally, its less busy on Friday. There are workers who speak English.
