Not innovative! I contacted them and explained I was looking for a firm to help with with various work. As an immigrant I was hoping to find a firm I could hire on an ongoing basis so I started with something simple related to a ticket. They could not even give me options in that and blew it off. In the end my parents ended up robbed by the city of QRO. All this firm did in our contact was focus on what they could NOT do and ignored my other questions. It was like talking to a robot. UPDATE to the owners response: Bad taste? My review is based on my experience with your firm. That's the point of reviews. I'm looking for an abogado that will fight, not make excuses. Do not dismiss requests and treat us like we are stupid and then expect good reviews? We both know you could have done so much better. My review is honest and reasonable. I'm guessing most of the other reviews on here are from family and friends. The world is tired of attorneys that make excuses. We want to hire fighters, not conformists. Do better.

Fui a una consulta legal la cual me atendió Roberto Galván, que al parecer tenía nulo conocimiento del tema, pensaban que iba por un divorcio que al parecer es en lo único que se especializan, comentó que era una asesoría en la notaría y que tenía un costo de 700 y que me mandaría la información a mi correo electrónico, su respuesta a esa consultoría fueron unos mensajes por whatsapp sin decirme nada e insistiendo que el trámite era en la notaría no con ellos, Al parecer esta persona no sabe escuchar ya que mi necesidad era representación legal, no un trámite, no me ayudaron en lo absoluto, e incluso me quedé esperando una respuesta que nunca contestó.
