This airport has now a second floor and a food court. By now is still empty but it looks good. The only problem I see is that it's pretty far from Tuxtla Gutiérrez. A half hour by car at least.

Though the airport is far from the city it serves, it’s really nice small airport. Easy to go through, car rental stalls on site and friendly staff.
