This is a great business. Instructors are very professional. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. I can't say enough good things about them and the job they do. Equipment is in good condition and taken care of. It doesn't matter what level of class you are taking. They treat each student with the same respect and attention.

I just recently did my Open water certification here and I have to say that I had a really great experience. When I originally decided I was going to take the plunge I honestly thought that taking a dive course at a resort would somehow not be as thorough as a course in my hometown (due to time constraints etc), but I was wrong. My amazing instructor (Saray) took the time to explain everything clearly and was able to answer all of my questions. She worked with myself and a few other students calmly and professionally and didn’t cut any corners. The integrity and quality of this course was complimented tenfold due to her skill and professionalism. I will be returning to take my Advanced next year and I hope that Dressel keeps the quality of instructors, equipment, support staff top notch. I have no complaints and I will be returning because I trust this company and these instructors with my life, as well as the quality of the diving is (in my opinion) amazing. Thank you for your efforts, keep up the great work!

My family and I selected this dive site to perform our open water diver certification. During our pool dive, 4 open water cert dives (and a 5th we did for fun) we had Rodrigo and Ornella as our guides. Both our guides were amazing and we had so much fun with them. They were so knowledgeable and made sure we had a blast. They worked well with us and were amazing with my kids (12 and 13). Not only were the guides amazing, but everyone involved from the equipment team, front desk workers, boat crew and administration were super friendly and helpful. When my one son had an issue equalizing on one dive, they rescheduled his dive with no questions asked and no charge. I highly recommend this dive site for its amazing staff and beautiful dives.

At the first of October 2019 ,we were at the Dressel Dive shop located at the Barcelo resort, south west of Playa del Carmen. It was by far the best dive experience, the staff was absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to make our experience the best. The shop was top notch. I would definitely recommend this shop, if I could I would give them a 10 star review.
