I do not have enough great things to say for this rental. Our entire experience, from the second we began the booking process to when our flight left PV, was amazing and so easy. The team was there to handle everything we needed and made our celebration truly unforgettable. We cannot thank La Mansion enough, and I cannot wait to go back!

While the set up for our destination wedding at this venue went well, I am in absolute disbelief they were not willing to do better than their standard cancellation policy with COVID. Our flights were cancelled, no way to get down to use the rental, they say they are currently closed on google, we were 100 days out from our booking, and still they kept 50% which was 3,250CAD to cancel our one evening event.

The airlines shut down and the boarders closed, and we legally had no way to make it to Mexico. This venue decided to not be accommodating in any way when we had no choice but to cancel our wedding. Very very disappointing considering no service had been provided at this point.

My husband and I recently rented this property out for a long weekend and hosted our destination wedding at villa la mansion. Our experience here was awesome and the staff were great! Great hospitality and service. Unfortunately, we were there in the beginning of November and it was hot and humid. There was one condition with one of the rooms not having the ac unit working and unfortunately they could not fix it the first night/day. We made it work and ended up having some of my family members share a room that night. The following day they were quick to get it back up and running. Nevertheless, our stay was pleasant and we received many compliments on how the wedding turned out at the villa.

This Villa is beyond amazing. Working with the staff was such a pleasure for my family. Traci is so great to work with as well. Location is PRIME and the views are excellent. Even more beautiful in person. Very safe & quiet place. I cannot wait to go back.
