Moy is a nice man. He gave me a good price on the windows, sliding doors and shower enclosures for our new home. But after paying him over 18,000 USD, he never fixed several problems with them. We have weatherstripping that has peeled off. We have doors that do not seal out wind and rain. We have a glass shower door that is not properly adjusted and may break. I offered to pay him extra to fix some of the problems he caused and he still has not fixed them. Many times he does not respond to my calls and messages. When he has returned my calls, he promises to come but then does not show up and does not call me.

This owner is messy, the windows and doors are very poor quality. They give you a good rate so he can hook you but its terrible service and the seal he uses does not seal at all . The glass is cheap and the aluminum is be on cheap. Quality is real bad. Like they say in mexico \lo barato cuesta\ the leat expensive is the most expensive in the end. He never came back to fix his mess or broken glass his crew did. They suck

No se si su servicio sea bueno, porque no llegaron nunca despues de varias citas programadas. Nomas me hicieron perder el tiempo.
