It’s been about a year now since I visited Dr. Cruz I wanted to let a little time pass before I posted my review. I had 9 crowns (3 of which were part of a bridge), a root canal, and several fillings done for around 3000, which would have cost 10-12k at home. I am still very happy with my work. Jorge and his staff were extremely friendly and Jorge spoke excellent English which was a relief considering my Spanish is good but rusty to say the least. After my first appointment, Jorge was even nice enough to give me a quick tour of the town and drive me to my hotel. What impressed me the most is when the crowns came in from the lab he didn’t like how 2 or 3 of them fit. Instead of just slapping them in and saying who cares this guy will be gone in a few days anyway, he took the time to send them back to the lab to be reworked. It took an extra day, but I had planned on being there 5 days anyway which is what I would suggest to anyone having a similar amount of work done. Would recommend Dr Cruz to ANYONE looking to do a Los Algodones dental trip. While he tell even tells you up front he isn’t the cheapest in town, his work is certainly top not. My only regret is not having enough cash to do some needed work on the bottom, so be advised at the time his office did not accept credit or debit which I did not know.

Dr. Cruz was both down-to-earth relatable and professional. Office was only about a 5 minute walk from border. His technique was both quick and relatively painless. He also gives you options in your treatment plans. I was highly satisfied and would definitely recommend.
I drove down from Arizona and found Dr. Cruz's office and it was a wonderful experience. My first visit I was worried I would get lost and he offered to have one of his staff meet me at the border!! His office was cleaner that any doctors office I have ever been in. I did not have to wait long. His staff treated me like family and it was a great experience. I now have been going to see Dr. Cruz for years. All my bridges and fillings and extensive dental work has lasted and I have had compliments from my local dentists (when I went in for a quick cleaning). It is great to save tons of money AND get great dental care. This is the only way I will have my teeth cared for now.
