Very Bad Hombre .Arrogant, Misleading, Zero regards for you Gringos ,what matter is Dinero , My story started with a call to make an Appointment with Dr Her. also we talked money. as an educated consumer, I had an estimate in Phoenix., in short his offer was 690 higher than the same work i would do in Phoenix . in the call to make the appointment, they promise me a 2000.00 savings . The Doctor and his office is an open space, where 2 patients will be sharing the same breathing room , with 3 men and 2 nice girls ..so if you re health conscious , you will not be comfortable .... i am finishing my work in Phoenix , stay away people , didnt see any honesty

Upon doing research I came across Hernandez dental, I was intimidated by mexico and all the rumors. Day 1. They picked me up from my hotel in yuma AZ, and brought me into mexico (which is a 15 minute drive) i was impressed with how clean their office and work area were kept. Dr.Bernardo Hernandez is a very humble Dr. With a great attitude and knows very good English. His staff including Miguel is very welcoming to all patients. I had implant surgery in Denver Colorado and paid 25,000 alone, when it was time for the permanents they wanted to charge me another 25,000 (im thinking they are crazy). Hernandez charged me 9000 for a complete set upper and lower set (see pic) with a warranty. Im so glad I found this place and am very satisfied. Pros clean office Affordable work Air conditioned Friendly staff Experienced staff Sterile water and tools Pick up and drop off Wifi Modern look Bottled water Cons in mexico Miguel the front desk helper was the main reason I chose this place too, he talked to me about all services and pricing before I even went to mexico. Dr Bernardo and his staff has done my wife Carol's and my dental work for many years. He is highly skilled and has a gentle touch. Over the years we have referred several dozen clients to him and every one of them have had a positive experience at his clinic. He is constantly upgrading his education and teaches/shares his knowledge and expertise with colleagues. And even though he is amongst the best, his pricing is competitive. I had a pleasant first visit. I was quoted what I thought good prices and ended up paying for services that weren't rendered. Staff was welcoming. When I tried to schedule a 2nd visit I asked about the prices, to my surprise and regret, I found out that I was overcharged by Miguil during the first visit because one of the young doctors quoted me less. When I asked why, I was put on hold then quoted a 3rd different price. I informed them that I wouldn't be coming back. Shop around and visit other dental clinics before coming here. The 1 star reflects my disappointed in the way we were treated.
