I did the 200-hour yoga Aligned Flow teacher training here in February 2021. It was a life changing experience, packed with learning. Richelle is the founder of the Aligned Flow Method and her assistant Dee is quite steeped in the style. They both do a great job passing their wisdom on to their students. This style of yoga feels very aligned for me because it is tuned for accessibility and focused on the experience of the postures rather than how they look. It is very precise do the studying can be tough, but I feel prepared after taking this course to teach with awareness and respect of my students along with their varying bodies and experiences. I highly recommend studying here!

Beautiful space and energy. Loved the class - was a good challenge, helped me reconnect with my body and clear my mind. There is construction happening next door so you are forced to be very present in order to block it out. Thanks again. Namaste.

Dedicated teacher and small space well taken care of. However, its just next to main street and I am not used to practicing yoga or meditation with horrible noise coming into my practice. Windows were open to lower temperature because ventilation is not strong enough. If the noise isnt something that bothers you, then you might like it.

I really like the space and the instructors. They all bring something unique and are helpful and thoughtful. The drawback I find, after taking five classes, is the instructors tend to play English language contemporary vocal music, which is very distracting and prevents meditation. I guess it may be partially to drown out street sounds, but I'm fine with street sounds as part of the place. Classes also cost quite a bit more than what I'd pay back home.
