Horrible customer service... Made an arrangement of a service and then after giving the service they raised the price. Has 2 different prices for everything. Basically if you're a expat or tourist you're charged double. Stay away! Contact Tulum drip instead

Dr. Eugenia and her whole team are very kind. You can expect a warm welcome as soon as you come in. The doctor is very professional, knows everything and takes good care of you. They speak good English and they helped us with the whole process of dengue fever until the very end to make sure we are well again. We are very thankful and glad we chose this place and will always come back!! Absolutely recommend fractallife. Always keep your smile and warmth!

A very friendly and professional team. I've visited a couple of times over the last two years, easy to contact via Facebook and Whatsapp to arrange an appointment. The staff and doctors were able to help me in English too which was really appreciated.

Fui a una consulta con dr general no recuerdo muy bien el nombre de la doctora, pero fui por problemas con la nariz ya que se congestionaba mucho y en lugar de mandarme a otorrino y revisarme la nariz lo principal que fue es decirme que es COVID-19, solo fui a desperdiciar mi dinero ahí, lo bueno que asistí a una consulta con un otorrino para decirme que son mis cornetes inflamados, no suelo hacer comentarios de este contenido pero si me enojo ya que solo eso supieron decirme y por el costo de consulta creo que no es profesional
