I tried surfing for the first time for my birthday and I can't say enough good things! My friend and I enjoyed ourselves and our instructors were the absolute best!!! I highly recommend this place and can't wait to visit again!!! This was truly an unforgettable experience. Their team was so friendly and took great care of us.

We had the BEST lesson yesterday at Tranquilo surf in Punta Mita for our entire family. We are staying at the Iberostar resort nearby and it was only a 10 min taxi ride away, super convenient. First, we spoke with Libby on the phone who was so easy to work with and had great customer service. After being fit with our wet suits, we headed to the beach with 4 experienced and super friendly & fun instructors who gave us a simple, but informative intro on land and then we all paddled out to give it a try. Our instructors knew exactly when to start us paddling and would paddle behind us and give our boards a gentle push to be in the correct spot of the wave so we could stand up and ride the wave towards shore. It was a wonderful first experience and we all were able to experience the beautiful feeling of surfing in the sun. My youngest son said, \it was the greatest time of my life.\ We all can't wait to go again and learn more!
Brought my kids this time and it was wonderful! My 10 year old son tends to be super anxious but the instructors took him under their wings and he had a great time - \This is changing my life\ and \I got seventeen rides!\ where his comments. Also my 14 year old daughter loved it so much she snuck into my lesson even though she was still tired from hers. These guys made surfing accessible and fun for my kids and I am immensely grateful! Tranquilo is the best!!!
Tranquilo Surf is the call. Just spent four consecutive days with Jose and the Tranquilo team for a surf trip with my wife celebrating our 10th anniversary. They crushed it. Jose instructed my wife in a professional, friendly, and awesome way. She felt comfortable, confident, and hugely improved. Tranquilo has an A board selection and made everything easy. Highly reccomend contacting owners Josue and Libby. We'll be back.
