What an awesome place. I really like the peace you feel inside the church and how much thought have been put into the making of the cite. Still work to be done and they seem to be working on it. I fully Recommend this place to have a better look of the statue and for a panoramic view of the city. Loved it.

Amazing! It is beautiful and a great replica of the one in Brazil! If you have the time then you must visit! Take a car or else the climb is intense! We were here in September and it was a cloudy day but it was still warm like 80s. So bring water or buy some at the local store up by the Christ!
A huge statue of Christ on top of the hill this is government-owned and no separation of church and state in Mexico. Very impressive views no entry fee and the convenience store did not overcharge for water or ice cream. If you go there make sure you look over the side would be straight in line of sight of the statue there are stairs that probably are 2 miles in distance in 3000 Miles and elevation used to be the only way to get up to this hill. Also contains a very large very nice Catholic Church with mass every Sunday
Beautiful statue of Christ with a church behind it. There's also many chapels to explore is this sacred place and it's still not finished. A must visit!
Its like El Paso, scenic drive, pero estilo Torreon.
