Staff is great... Only not a 5 star is location. But loved the staff. Overall. The onsite restaurant very good. It was still cold so we could not enjoy the pool area... But would stay there again. If you want to stay away from the nightlife.. Great place

Hotel was nice! Very professional staff and food was amazing. The view was great from the room also! If you were looking for a hotel to stay at while visiting, this is definitely the place!
Harassed at the front desk by an employee telling me how crooked my mask was. One of the longest and most painstaking check-in’s I’ve ever experienced. I doubt I’ll ever be staying there again.
The hotel is good, excellent service and very clean, but the bar is terrible, they changed the staff and now it is a disaster. During my last stay I went to the bar twice and was disappointed. They do not have cold beer, I asked for the usual brands and they did NOT have any, on my second visit they brought me the hot beer and I told the waiter, his response was "it's what we have" he did not care about my displeasure and did not take any action to correct the mistake. Ha but they did charge me for the hot beer which I obviously did not drink. Poor service at the bar. "Don't expect a cold beer at the bar. Cross the street and you find a local store with ice cold beer"
Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. Great room accommodations. Everyone practiced safetly, masks on and hand sanitizer at every angle even inside the elevator. Smells a little weird inside, but otherwise I enjoyed my stay.
Very Old Fashioned, Not Worth The Stay, Room Was Still Dirty Upon Arrival! Next Time Book With the Hotel Next To Them Its Waaaay More Upgraded !
I really enjoyed my stay here. I've stayed here on three different trips and once during my bariatric surgery. The staff are fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate me during my stay. I absolutely suggest this place for anyone who's looking to visit Tijuana.
