This is the worst experience and the worst service place I have ever dealt with. Do not go to this dealership for car repair service. Trust me, their customer service is horrible. I was dealing with Oswaldo and Juan Marquez . Very unprofessional, they will lie and cover up their lies. I live in San Diego, worst mistake by taking my car for service. They didn’t even fix the problem and it took them over a month to return my car. They will always tell me, it will be ready in a couple of days. Every time I will ask for the main manager, supposedly he was always in a meeting, they will call me back in a couple of hours...which they never will. I must of called like 8 different times during that month period and they will always lie. Trust me, I promise you...you will regret taking your car for service at this place. I took my car for a motor noise..took them so long to supposedly fixing it...came out the same. It got to the point, I just wanted my car outta their. Never, never again I will take or recommend anyone to take their car to this very unstable and unprofessional place

Dejé un vehiculo para garantía en transmisión por políticas no cubrió el daño, como todo cliente me molesté porque tardaro 3 semanas con mi auto para decirme esto, quise escalar la queja al fabricante pero no contestaron, ahora que estoy recogiendo mi unidad para llevarmela, ese reclamo se convirtió en un asunto personal con la \encargada\ del área de servicio, llevan una hora para entrega de vehículo y contando... que pena que una empresa tan importante la represente de esa manera un empleado, poniendo en entredicho su calidad de atención al cliente.
