Food is delicious and service is great

I was looking for a good vietnamese restaurant in Tijuana (i been only in 2, but none of them had that special taste) and for a pho dish that i could compare with the ones in the United States. This restaurant was very close, its was tastful! But, the only weird thing (for me) is that they put albondigas into the soup, something that i have seen or taste before; wasnt bad tho.
i really like these pho, fry wontons and dumplings also recomended
Good food, service is so so
I gave it 3 stars due to the food quality the other two stars on service. Their service is bad I have a bad experience with one of the waitresses since she was on the phone and wasn't paying attention bought the wrong dish and blame it on me.
I go here every week. 9 out of 10 times the soup is good, better than most of the pho places in San Diego, in fact. But occassionally the soup came out very bad, with MSG added. It's very obvious because my mouth would be dry afterward.
This place is horrible. PHO is one of my favorite meals to eat and this place is by far the worst PHO I have ever had. The customer service is also horrible.
Great Pho. Cozy place and great experience. Dragon Bao is also an excellent option.
