I can’t give more than 3 stars because the museum, restaurant, and store were all closed. I tried visiting on a Thursday afternoon, and no hours were posted.

This community is one of the more interesting, genuine places in the Valle de Guadalupe. It’s original inhabitants, the Kumiay, still live here and this project is intended to rescue their traditions and values. The “living pharmacy” is really worth it, as is their small community museum, handcrafts and acorn porridge.

Es un hermoso lugar, además del museo, cuenta con una farmacia viviente y un jardín etnobotanico de plantas nativas, podemos aprender sobre sus usos y costumbres, también encontraremos venta de artesanías, algunas elaboradas con plantas nativas, barro, semillas y más, la verdad es un lugar impresionante, que te conecta con la naturaleza y sobretodo, te deja mucho aprendizaje!
El museo es pequeño pero muy bien puesto. La explicación es interesante y profesional. Tienen comida riquísima y actividades que permiten conocer la cultura kumiai.
Siempre es importante conocer nuestras raíces, recomiendo visitar San Antonio Necua una comunidad indígena Kumiai. Lo integramos en nuestros tours a la ruta del vino. Los esperamos!!!
