Dr. Castillo, Tiina , the front desk, Nurses and OR staff are the sweetest, most patient, understanding people I’ve ever met. Dr. Castillo is a perfectionist and I’m so glad I chose him to do my nose. It’s like he saw the image in my head of what I wanted and the results were more than I could imagine. One of the best decisions I’ve made. I wish I can give them 1000 stars

I do not recommend this place for anyone, they have the worse customer service ethics, and I truly believe they are about overpricing due to the doctor not being aware how lazy his staff is. Tina is a complete joke, it's been well over a week since I had consultation with the doctor and every day I call asking for my quote and lili and time keep giving me the run-around stating they are still adding up my procedures. How so when the doctor took notes of everything I wanted done, explained everything to me and we moved forward wanting to schedule.y surgery for January. I believe these 2 clowns Tina and lili are making up their own totals and over charging patients extra amount of money so they can pocket the rest. The doctor is very nice and funny. However his staff are crooks and clowns. At this point I am not longer interested in getting a quote and will definitely let others aware of their poor Business ethics.. run go to another doctor, it's not worth your time nor money.. Horrible staff

Just want to share my rhinoplasty experience with Doctor Castillo in Tijuana Mex, first I want to mentioned the I was very nervous about the procedure but a soon I stopped in hes office & we star discussed what I whant to do with my nose he showed me the professionalism & experience he is I had my surgery two months ago, I'm very happy with the results Doctor Castillo did exactly what I wanted. and even after surgery he always take care of my recovery answering questions and concerns. If I ever decide do another surgery definitely I go back with him. Hes team work is awesome I love the way nurses treat me while I was there. very good job One more happy customer, mission accomplished !

Dr. Castillo is the best, with the best Patient Coordinators (Anahi & Iliana)! He repaired ALL the damage I've done to myself over the years and I'm healing great! His office staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my results!!
