I went for a consultation this weekend, which Dr. Jorge personally scheduled himself and he NEVER showed up. I drove from LA to Tijuana for this consultation. I called and texted messaged the number provided and was left on left in the messages. Very unprofessional and disappointed with the customer service. A courtesy call would of been appreciated if the appointment had to be rescheduled. I waited an hour and spoke with the nice gentlemen from the restaurant downstairs and informed him to please tell the doctor to call me if he showed up. That I was going to be in the area until 3pm. My appointment was at 11am.
