I accidentally knocked an aluminum water bottle off a shelf and it got a tiny TINY dent. They made me pay for it, saying they wouldn't be able to resell it. 14 US (265 pesos). Total rip off. And seriously poor customer service. I'd never go in there again, and I'd give warning to anyone else.
