Worst service ever! The worst part is that they are the only authorized service center for Acer in Mexico City. It took 7 months for them to fix the battery of my laptop, to replace it for a new one, that I had paid already. 7 MONTHS that I was unable to use my own computer for work. They never called me to tell me if the battery had arrived or not. I had to contact them several times and they never had a answer. After calling all these months, they finally got the battery but it didn't work, so I had to wait another couple of weeks to get a new one. This is the worst consumer experience I've ever had in Mexico and I've been living here for a few years. If I could leave no stars, that would be better, because they don't even deserve one.

Pesimo servicio, no los recomiendo en absoluto! muy mal trato al cliente y no ayudan a solucionar problemas. busquen otras empresas si quieren resolver su problema.

Es un lugar ubicado en la planta baja de Plaza Inn, también llamado nivel fuente, debido a la fuente que se encuentra en el centro de ese piso. La atención es rápida y amable por parte del recepcionista, a quien se le entrega el equipo para su diagnóstico, se encuentre o no vigente la garantía. Reciben laptops Asus, Acer y Toshiba, así como consolas Predator y República of Gamers.
