Sayulita itself is a great little beach/surf town filled with shops, restaurants, hills, jungle, and awesome cultural charm. Casa Corazon de Luz was the best place we could have chosen to experience this magical place! The open air construction of the home allowed us to take in every ounce of fresh air while being nestled perfectly atop a beautiful jungly hill. There were flowers and greenery everywhere and tons of butterflies and birds singing. The view upon walking through the front door is hard to put into words...but 'jaw-dropping' should give you a good enough idea. The living room leads straight to an infinity edge pool, which has a panoramic view of the ocean and beach below. The details that went into building this home are bar none. Pictures simply don't do this property justice. Rent a golf cart or 4-wheelers to get around town. The housing staff and our host were extremely friendly and easy to get ahold of if we needed anything. We chose to add on the chef services for most of our stay as to adhere to the social distancing requirements we've been used to back home and I can't say enough how consistently amazing every meal was. Fabiola and her daughter are true chefs, and our happiness was their top priority. I felt like we were family by the time we left and I sincerely miss seeing their happy faces every morning. We are currently planning our return - we loved it that much!
