this is the worst hospital I have ever been, last friday we went to take my sister to urgencias and the doctor wanted to do a surgery to her without even give a proper diagnostic, the cost is also excesive and no quality in the service, the recepcionist, the nurses, everything is the worst attention we have ever had, they showed too much interest only in our money hence they saw my sister recently had a surgery at star medica hospital. I dont recommend this place and also the doctor of urgencias is a super gross, unpolite and unetical \doctor\. We took my sister out of that horrible place and now she is having a proper threatment without any surgery required. Worst Place ever! 0 stars!!

EL PEOR HOSPITAL ABUSIVOS DE LA GENTE COBRAN LO QUE SE LES DA LA GANA, SE NIEGAN A DAR LA INFORMACIÓN COMPLETA DE LO QUE QUIEREN COBRAR Y QUIEREN QUE EL PACIENTE SOLO PAGUE LO QUE ELLOS DICEN, LAS RECEPCIONISTAS SON PREPOTENTES Y UN ASCO. TE HACEN FIRMAR PAGARE EN BLANCO AUN CUANDO HUBIERAS DADO UN DEPOSITO. SON MERCENARIOS DE LA MEDICINA Y ABUSAN DE LA PANDEMIA NO ACUDAN AQUI NI PORQUE SEA EL UNICO CON CAMA DISPONIBLE
La atención y el servicio es correcto. Los precios son modicos y cuentan con casi todas las especialidades. El servicio de los Médico y Enfermeras es muy bueno. En recepción tienen que mejorar. En algunas partes falta mantenimiento.

Para ir a consultar está muy bien, y si no tienes seguro, te hacen un descuento en análisis ahí mismo en el laboratorio de ellos
Pésimo servicio. No saben coordinar la parte de seguros y las horas que tardan las secretarias en preparar todos los documentos es larguisima. Lucran con la salud de los pacientes. Entré a una cirugía a las 15:00 hrs (Salí a las 16:20) y terminaron dejandome ir de la sala de urgencias a las 20:30 hrs, no me dejaban salir de ahí hasta que se hiciera el pago y que el seguro autorizara cuando esos trámites ellos lo tenían que hacer desde que yo fui ingresada. No recomiendo para nada programar cirugías en ese hospital, además de que no está tan limpio como se esperaría.
Fuimos buscando a un médico general para diagnosticar el origen de un dolor de garganta. El resultado fue la manipulación paranoica y monetaria de los encargados. Nos querian cobrar solo 5800 por descartar Covid, sin haber hecho ninguna prueba salvo preguntar si le dolía la cabeza. Se que son privados pero su ambición monetarista solo se equipara a las mineras extranjeras.
