Had a good experience, everything could have easily gone wrong, this Cinépolis needs to step up their game and be more on top of things. For example, having people exit the theater from an outside fire escape, instead of letting out from inside the theater seams like lazy planning. Like I said, good experience but lacking in professionalism.

I had a great experience going there. The prizes are accessible, considering the location of the theater. Also the service is good, the place is clean and the workers are nice people.
