Under staffed,, not clean .. one of the worse Mickey D's of Monterrey and it's metropolitan area.. just sucks

People are friendly enough, but bathrooms are terrifying. Also the kids playgroung equipment doesn't seem to have been ever cleaned. Food was good.
They don't give the correct order
Terrible customer service. dirty restrooms, people constantly complain. I only go there because its the closest Mcdonalds to the house and the kids love Mcdonalds.
It seems as though the workers have not finished elementary school because my family's order was missing many things. I ordered 3 drinks, they gave me 2 straws. I ordered (2) DOUBLE cheeseburgers, they gave me (2) SINGLE cheeseburgers. I ordered 4 french fries, they gave me 3. NO SABEN CONTAR!! Terribly understaffed as well. Our DriveThru order of 4 meals took 20 minutes to complete. We asked for catsup and we got cups of ketchup without lids. The ketchup spilled everywhere in the car, as well as the drinks with weak lids. We asked for McDonalds and they gave us a disaster. Another McDonalds is only 2km away, which is well worth the extra trip. Avoid this business.
