Fantastic Dive Shop, Amaizing Staff My three kids and I spent two days with Hugo in Playa Del Carmen. First day one of my boys was sick so he couldn't dive. Andrea gave refund with out any delay. Customer service is #1. We did two ocean dives (Moch-che and Jardines) with Hugo and had a great day. The second day Hugo took us to Ponderosa and Tajma-Ha cenotes!! It was absolutely amazing. Hugo knows his stuff and area like no other. Don't mess around looking for other dive shops, Blue Life is by far the best choice.

I did my TDI full cave course along with cavern and intro with Hugo over the course of three trips. His instruction was fantastic and I appreciate him always being direct, critical, but also constructive. He made sure all the key material was covered, but adjusted the material and content as needed for each student to make sure we got to the necessary standards. Nothing was mindlessly formulaic. Out of the water he was a lot of fun to hang out with and had a calm, casual attitude that made the days pass quickly. I also had a few cave diving days with Isa after my certification and she was also excellent. She knew all of these amazing caves and exactly where to go in them. As a guide she took care of everything and made it easy to enjoy the amazing places she showed us. From first booking to questions and follow up Blue Life is an great operation and I love that they put quality first.

Highly highly recommend Bluelife and Gary The location is great, and the decor is nice. The staff there are super nice, Morris the reception is super sweet and helpful, always try his best to help me, even I keep changing my plan, he still made everything happen. Gary who took us dive. He is very detail-oriented, fun and smart, he made sure I and his good instruction makes feel safe and confident all the time. I dived with other before, it was not the same. Gary took us to do wreck dive and saw a lot of cool things. It’s incredible memories.

We had a great experience diving with Blue Life and our guide Eduardo! 3 of us who hadn't dived in awhile but had taken a refresher, felt comfortable and confident in Eduardo. He was very clear on the instructions and was very attentive to our questions and needs. The staff at Blue Life is super friendly as well, amidst the chaos of many divers prepping for their dives. I can't remember the names of our two drift dives but with a few of us having weight issues, he was attentive and calm while assisting us. It was beautiful to see the reef and I would definitely dive with Blue Life again and guide Eduardo!

I did a refresher and two dives with Blue Life on Cozumel and it was a perfect day. My instructor Gary was great and very professional. I learned a lot that I had forgotten during the last years. Despite the strong current I felt very relaxed and safe because of the good teaching and care of Gary. He even managed to get me on the ferry at the very last moment. The best experience with a diving school (from the first contact till the end of the dives) I've ever had. Thanks a lot for the great day to the whole team.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I’ve been diving for 20 years/75 Dives to date (Bora Bora, Philipines, Thailand, St Lucia to name a few) and honestly this was one of the best and most helpful staff I’ve ever dove with. The staff if amazing!!! Morris who arranged all the dives and answer my many email questions quickly & worked out a dive itinerary so my newly certified boyfriend and I could dive together. Hugo took us to The Pit and Dos Ojos and was amazing, felt like you were spending the day with a good friend. Scuba Steve was our final dive master who took us on our drift, wreck and navigation dive for us to finish our Advanced Open Water PADI Certification. He even found me 2 seahorses which I’ve been searching for years!!! All was amazing and highly recommend!

This is a first class dive center with a really great staff. We can't say enough about how great Carolina is in the office. We spoke with her about some of the details and concerns we had about the training with her several times and she was always so friendly and professional. She made us feel like friends instead of customers. David was our instructor and was the same. Very professional and knowledgeable with a safety first attitude, but also with a lets have some fun and enjoy this personality.

This trip I was going for my advanced certification. I had 3 amazing dives and my instructor Steve Hecker was great. Safety was his first priority and he went the extra step of teaching a few things above and beyond the course requirements. All the equipment was in good condition and current. I booked my dives before my trip and I couldn’t believe how fast they emailed me back. They answered all my questions and worked with me to set up some amazing dives to go with my course. Great communication for sure. Sadly just before my last 2 dives I got a nasty cold and couldn’t finish my Advanced. All the staff where very accommodating about the situation. I really look forward to diving Blue Life again!
