I am a 73 year old Canadian who has had Rheumatoid Arthritis for 37 years. I am very aware of my disease, the treatments and the drugs used in those treatments. I am in San Jose Del Cabo for the Canadian winter. At home I have a very good RA specialist who's brother is a professor of rheumatology at a large Canadian university. I had my first appointment today with Dr. Rosales Sierra and I would very strongly recommend any RA sufferers to visit her. My appointment was thorough, advice made complete sense and I left with a very good plan going forward and a very sensible refinement of my current treatment. If you are afflicted with RA you'll be in good hands with her.
