CADILLAC DEALER IN SAN JOSE BCS.. GREAT people TERRIBLE service . Needed to order parts. Paid 8,000 peso over 400.00 USD. For parts that never arrived. MORE THAN 6 MONTHS AGO. Today I find out they are closing the dealership.. Nobody cares. Left multiple messages for manager Hector Angeles to return my calls. No responce. I own several Cadillac great vehicles. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
