TERRIBLE experience, what a horrible experience, I purchased a bathroom set to be installed by them and the technician if you can call him that, came in plain clothes and made a terrible mess, and to make matters worse he brought his child to the job site, during a pandemic, after installing the sink he broke the drain tube and its very apparent he broke it and left it as is, since it was a day without water he didn't test anything, but even without testing you could see the broken pipe. to add insult to injury he left the old toilet on the curb with a tank full of water, naturally it fell over and now there is blue die every where. they have no quality control and when I complained for them to fix it, well their excuse was it was an independent contractor they use and sorry. people of Rosarito, big company does not equal better service or products, please shop local now more than ever, local hardware businesses want your business and they will give you better customer service than Home Depot and if the local hardware shops don't speak English they will find someone that can to get your business, I even paid more at home depot thinking if its more expensive must be better, I was mistaken. cuidado con el servicio de instalacion son una basura, mejor contraten en tiendas locales.
