Rancho los Olivares is a place that inspires when you learn about regional spices, the importance of their preservation, and how to contribute to protect environment. Caring about environment has a meaning here; it is not just about talking about spices in danger, or posting comments and concerns in FB. Here you can see the results of work done, even if you won't live long enough to see the results. Kudos for the engineer Agustin and his team; the results of their efforts towards the protection and preservation of the environment are tangible here. I am thankful for what I learned in Rancho los Olivares, and I am hoping I can come back and contribute with this project.
