Weird want-to-be Asian infused restaurant. Food was average and trying too hard to be unique. Not enjoyable at all. My dessert had a plastic lid in it; they comped it but I didn’t want it after that. Food came quick enough and service was decent. Music was loud.

High expectations, big disappointment. Food was OK but nothing more. I would expect more for the super high prices. The samosa was probably the best dish we had. We also had the fried chicken and pork belly buns, which were OK. The duck curry was OK too. I didn't like the black pepper shrimp, it was just too sweet. I would give this place a try if you are staying at the W, but I wouldn't drive all the way to the W just for this restaurant.

We had very high expectations based on prior dining experiences at the other Jean Georges restaurants . But everything was just ok. The sashimi consisted of two pieces of fish and two avocados on deep fried rice, the spring rolls were mushy on the inside and not very tasty. The main courses (grilled chicken and fried rice) were pretty much flavorless. The food was pretty much a failure. Considering the pretty high prices, it should be significantly better. The restaurant manager was super nice and understanding and made up for the shortcoming with complimentary cocktails at the end of the meal, which was a very nice gesture.

The food was delicious - I had the Chicken Pad Thai. Our water, Ever, was excellent! I would give 5 stars, but the nightclub music was a little too loud for us to talk without speaking loudly enough to hear each other!
