I went looking to get an Odd Key copied stopping several places Tekno was recommended to try. They had the key blank and could copy it. They can also duplicate an RFID key should you need that for Many AutoMakers. Service was good. They are on the south end of Plaza Caracol. Easy Access.

I went to get 8 keys made for my condo in Puerto Vallarta. I was charged 800 pesos. My Mexican friends told me that I got ripped off by the woman and her family that works there. 4 of my keys were made incorrectly and I had to go back and have them made again. The daughter there thought it was funny when I was upset and was laughing behind the cashier. Terrible customer service and if you are an American , they will rip you off.

La señorita que me atendió fue muy amable. Lleve mi control de la llave pensando que la pila ya no servía, ella revisó y solo ajustó algo y listo, no fue necesario la pila. No me cobró por la revisión

Gente muy poco ética y muy abusiva. Por “arreglar” una caja de seguridad haciéndole una llave cobraron lo que cuesta una caja de seguridad nueva. No se dejen sorprender!

Editaré mi comentario ampliándolo ya que noto no solo no les gusta tener 1 estrella, contestan más rápido aquí que su teléfono, puedo demostrar 7 llamadas y no atienden... Quedarón de atender un servicio precisamente por estar ocupados (lo cual es comprensible para mí por qué llame 5pm) y al día siguiente nunca me atendieron aún cuando quedamos en una hora y di detalles. Días después (en la misma semana) intenté nuevamente por otro tema buscarlos y la situacion similar.... No saco fustraciones, no se enoje, al contrario deberian agradecer que alguien se tome el tiempo de hacerles notar que puede serán buenos o no, caros o no, pero no puedes atender así a la gente por tener suficiente trabajo
