This was a great trip! Captain Christopher was excellent, full of information and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip!! Kayaking, snorkeling, drinks & food!!! Great day, will do it again!!!!
The "Bird Island" trip is miss leading and ridiculously over priced. 90 dollars a person for 6 of us,, to ride out for 1 1/2 hrs to see stupid seagulls and sea lions laying on rocks that stick out of the water. Can't set foot on the "island." You can swim in the water but not too close. Oh yes, they have 1 burrito for each of us, water and cheap beer for the trip. I almost forgot, the boat driver kept bringing up how previous riders give him tip, and after another 1 1/2 ride back, like if I owed him something. I really hate leaving bad reviews, but we absolutely hated this. Please do not fall for it. We were very excited to go and returned utterly disappointed. IT IS A RIP OFF

Worst evening cruise ever if you are a grown up. This is for drunk little 18 yr old spring breakers it was the "ecocruise" or ecoboat tour" or what ever it was called the music was blaring and naked drunk kids everywhere.
Del Mar Charters is the best! We have been on their sunset cruise twice - once during our honeymoon and then we went back with friends. Captain Oscar and his crew are phenomenal and know how to provide a good time. The price is very reasonable and I would never seek out another charter boat company while in Rocky Point. You absolutely must experience one of their boat tours, you will not be disappointed!

About five years ago tried to make the trip out to seal island. Weather turned bad on us. Boy was I glad that happened... loved the entire crew made us have a great time!!!
