This place is great. Sitting in a quiet neighbourhood very secure and a couple minutes by bicycle from the small center of puerto morelos. Few steps from the beach which you can relaxe, take you coffee/beer and watch the Pelicans plunging just near you….The peer of UNAM (a scientific federal institution) is great to snorkel around and watch a lot fish. The water is clear and warm. I felt like I own the beach. The area is protected so there no big hotels in the beach…you can find some action by walking north to the Hotels zone or south to Puerto Morelos (30min walk) The appartement is brand new, with the minimum needed amenities for such a stay and a great Internet connection. Perfect fo online working, Netflix, YouTube….. And the pool is just great, always clean and stylishly illuminated by night. Spending a month there was a peaceful stay. Sarah and Gerzone are an amazing hosts. They are always on touch and respond rapidly to any requests. I got a very helpful hints and advices form them. Thanks for all guys!! The cleaning is planned each week and it is perfectly done. The centre of puerto morelos is couple minutes by bike. A very nice ride where you can experience some interesting encountering with the wild life. It’s also accessible by the beach where you can walk without any fear night or day. If your are looking for a relaxing quiet place, this is it! I am definitely recommending this place. I hope I can came back.
Beautiful new vacation rentals close to the beach. Sarah and Gerzon are amazing hosts. About a 30 min walk to town or a quick bike ride (I recommend renting bikes)

Todo en Aqua es perfecto, tranquilo, limpio y con muchas amenidades!! Nos encantó quedarnos, la playa esta a 100 metros y es una playa que siempre está vacía, perfecta para quienes no gustan de estar en lugares con mucha gente. La habitación súper cómoda, la cama increíble y la atención es la mejor. Lo recomiendo al 10000%
Excelente lugar, muy tranquilo y accesible a playas 0% concurridas.
