Best ferry option between Cozumel and Playa del Carmen. Reading the reviews, there are a lot of entitled whiners leaving negative reviews. If you’re worried about a “pandemic” maybe just stay home instead of traveling to another country. You can fly to Mexico on a little tube for hours with a hundred plus people, but cry that you’re gonna get the rona from 20 min on a ferry because they don’t enforce arbitrary rules that you think they should? The social distancing and masks were about the same on the ferry as anywhere else. Come on... this is a quality service and the first class option to get to the front of the line and guarantee a comfortable window seat with A/C was worth the extra 5/person round trip. Again, Karens, please stay in your homes until your benevolent leaders advise you that it is safe to live life.

This yellow color ship was smooth ride. It was terrible to get orange one. Both are crowded, you can give your big suitcases on the backside of the ship. I definitely recommend this one than other ship!
They trying to be in compliance on covid protocols but no at all the times they don't have control over the people. The internet is not working as they advertised. The ferry was clean. The staff on the ferry was ok.
The ferry was fast. The ride was beautiful and comfortable. The destinations on either side were heavenly. Thanks, Ultramar! We rode on Lady D last night coming back from Cozumel. I want to know who she's named after. Anyone knows, post it in the replies please!
