Prodive at Occidental Xcaret by Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Good service, nice guys. Taking care of you from the beginning to the end. The best way is to stop by their booth in the hotel and get the best deal. Online or emails will not work as well as talking to the guys. Thanks Dexter, David, Lora, Rafael and Anabel!

Excellent service! Friendly staff! Our recent trip to Royal Hideaway on Playacar was a wonderful experience despite Hurricane Irma. The staff moved our boat entry to Puerto Aventuras for ocean diving and the 4 cenotes we dove in were Stupendous Thanks again from Brian and Christina DeLottinville

Es kommt drauf an, welchen Tauchlehrer man hat...Ich empfehle die Tauchschule für Fortgeschrittene Taucher. Die Absprachen für die Ausflüge waren nicht immer zufriedenstellend. Man musste mehrmals nach dem Ablauf fragen, damit man Informationen bekommt! Es gab keine Sitzmöglichkeiten, nur ein kleines Spülbecken und es liegt in einem Hinterhof eines Hotels.

Wir waren für ein paar Tage in Playa del Carmen (Hotel im Zentrum) & sind nach den guten Erfahrungen im Sommer 2017 auf Cozumel, direkt zu Prodive PlayaCar gefahren. Wir haben 2 Tauchgänge in Playa del Carmen, 2 auf Cozumel und 2 in den Cenoten gemacht. Die Organisation der Ausflüge war hervorragend, alle Mitarbeiter von Bus Fahrer bis Tauchguide waren immer super freundlich, sehr kompetent, top seriös & sehr hilfsbereit! Danke Andrea, Phil & Laura für die grossartigen Tauchgänge & dem ganzen Stuff für die schönen Erlebnisse! Bis zum nächsten mal!
