It was fine but not worth the cost. I had an arugula salad which was good, my friend had a caprese which he liked but not great- no basil. We shared a seafood paella which was nothing special but good enough. We were given a gazpacho "shot" as an appetizer along with fresh bread and olive oil which was a nice treat in Mexico. Our sangria was also fine. None of it had quite the oomph needed to make it a four star.

This is an incredible little gem. Waiters and owner are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Seafood patter and Strawberry mojitos are a must. So much, that I did it two days in a row. Shrimp, ceviche, grilled octopus are the best I've ever tasted. Do yourself a favor and go.

Food was really good. I was pleasantly surprised with the gazpacho, it wasn't as thick as the ones I'd had before and the flavor was really good, my 10 year old boy who is not good at eating veggies loved it. My daughter had a paella and it was really good too. I had the carpaccio, delicious. My husband had a bunch of stuff and he liked it all ;)

This place is AMAZING! Stopped in for a late dinner and had a fantastic experience here. Juan is charismatic, friendly and passionate about his food. All of the staff are fantastic actually, and the food is divine. Off the main street with a lovely ambience. The seafood paella was super delicious - highly recommend :) Would love to return for more!

The staff were attentive and helpful. The food was superb. Only place in Playa del Carmen I have seen with Organic wines on the wine list. Plenty of options for vegetarians and omnivores alike. But what really impressed me was the ability and accommodation of the kitchen for my 7 year old daughter, who has classic Pku and requires a very restrictive low protein diet. The plate of grilled vegetables they put together for her was amazing in both taste and variety. She is super fussy and she ate the whole plate! Our paella was also fantastic. Great food, great service and very reasonable pricing for the location and quality.

I had the spaghetti with “fresh” mozzarella and cherry tomatoes in olive oil. past was not good. taste like old olive oil. staff was really friendly. got always fresh bread when the basket was empty.
