Worth every penny for a safe and worry free experience! Guides are friendly and super helpful. We learned so much and it was nice going at our own pace. They put so much thought into the customer experience and it shows. We loved the professional photographs and getting access to areas that weren’t overcrowded. Also wonderful not worrying about hidden costs at lunch etc....

Can't say enough about how enjoyable our experience was with Fabian. He picked us up on time and his vehicle was clean and well maintained. He was very nice, spoke very good English, and shared tons of good information about local culture during our 45 minute drive the boat. The captain and crew were equally as helpful once in the water. Current was a little strong so one crew member actually used the life guard ring to tow our seven year old son through out our snorkeling. They were very safety conscious by making sure we all stayed together. The reef did not disappoint as well. It was teaming with life ranging from: tons of fish, eagle rays, and lobsters. There was not one aspect of this tour that was disappointing. We highly recommend Kay Tours for any of the excursions they offer.

We had an amazing time on our tour with Ulises. He is a wealth of knowledge and so much fun to tour with. His photography skills and attention to detail are wonderful! The Mayan jungle and cenotes were very peaceful and beautiful. The meal with the Mayan family was delicious! We really appreciated how Kay tours is very accommodating and willing to work around your schedule. I highly recommend this company to anyone coming to the area!

Booking with Kay tours was an amazing and easy process. I called the day before and was able to plan an exciting next day. Kay was informative and very helpful when booking. The next day our guide Fabian arrived promptly at our hotel door. He was very polite and had refreshments available for us during the ride. Since we brought our adventurous 4 year old we planed a day he would enjoy. Snorkeling and zip lining at the Cenotes. I’m pretty certain if it weren’t for Fabian we wouldn’t have enjoyed everything the way we did. Our first stop was snorkeling and Fabian was our personal paparazzi diving deep into the water to take our pictures while snorkeling. The snorkeling guide xalo was also super awesome. He taught sultan how to snorkel and guided him the entire time. As soon as we return or Cancun my first call will be to Kay tours. I highly recommend them so you maximize your trip while having a pro with you.
