I am so very disappointed in their total lack of care for our home. We entrusted and PAID them to care for our property. It is FILTHY, DAMAGED and Many of our belongings are "MISSING"...They are a shameful group. If they left it in this way for the owners, I can only imaging the guests experience.

Skyline 24 #103 condo is too good to be true! Location to the beach, restaurants and nightlife was incredible all within walking distance. The place was very clean, comfortable and has everything you need...comfy bed, A/C, laundry, security, wifi and a lovely swimming pool with beautiful views. I felt VERY safe staying there alone. You will meet Fernando who will give you the keys and answer any and all your questions. He was very helpful and responded quickly when needed. Enjoy:)

We had the best experience with the service that Happy Address provides. Every question I had was answered and every request was met. We stayed at the Terrazas Luxury building and everything was as described and the pictures do not make justices to the condos, we stayed at condo 309 and my girls stayed at condo 106. Both condos with washer and drier, TV with cable, full kitchen, refrigerator, dishes, everything you need is there. We were there 5 days and had one cleaning including in the price. One block away from Fifth Avenue and two blocks from the ocean. Near markets, restaurants, yet far away from the noisy areas. Oscar my concierge is the best and Bea in reservations is absolutely fantastic.

Excelente servicio por parte de todo el personal que nos atendió a lo largo de la reservación. Al final nos recibió Fernando y nos explico todo claro y amablemente, nos trato excelente y el departamento que nos asignaron estaba excelente! 100% recomendable.

Abbiamo pernottato in due abitazioni Happy Address, prima a Tulum e poi a Playa del Carmen. In entrambi gli appartamenti abbiamo trovato il massimo del comfort, pulizia, alto livello dei servizi e soprattutto un’attenta assistenza, da parte di Diana a Tulum, e Fernando a Playa. Consiglio senza dubbio di affidarsi all’agenzia in entrambe le città!

Excelente apartamento muy confortable, tiene un gimnasio muy bien dotado, la ubicación a dos minutos de la 5ta. Avenida, la atención y la hospitalidad brindada por Fernando Sierra fue excelente. Este es un muy buen hospedaje en playa del Carmen.
