Wonderful service from this car rental company in Playa del Carmen. I rented a Nissan March for 5 days, the service was good and complete. The girl who got in touch (JUVI) was very kind and attentive to my family and me. They gave me a safe and personal attention. I will not hesitate to rent my car again with City Car Rental.
DON'T RENT YOUR CAR HERE! I reserved an automatic compact and they contact me saying that they don't have an automatic, that they only had standard. I told them I don't know how to drive standard. And they wanted to charge more. I asked for my refund and then NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN!! THEY STILL KEPT MY MONEY. They are lying. Nobody contacted me back. I have the messages to prove it. And they still wanna keep my money.
Very prompt professional service, and affordable prices. We shopped around but the places that seemed less expensive e see up charging a lot of hidden fees for stuff not included. We’ll rent from City Car Rental again!
