Nico and his staff are top notch in my book! We were in Playa recently and elected to go with Cenote Xperience, and I'm glad we did! Very good in communications and expectation both before the trip, and upon arrival in the area, and the day of the dives. Very courteous and professional! We had Carlos as our guide, very knowledgeable and professional. Later on, had some issues on a trip related issue that the owner, Nicolas helped me resolve. VERY appreciative! Would DEFINITELY recommend! Cenotes were breath-taking! Would use again in a heartbeat!!

I had two days diving with Carlos, we went to Dos Ojos and Chac Mool. The dives were fantastic! Carlos and the Cenote Experience team organized it very well, they were very flexible with your schedule and very fast at answering our questions online! Besides that, Carlos has a ton of experience with cave/cavern diving. I highly recommend diving with them.

The service was excellent. We couldn't have asked for more. We were guided on a private tour (of two people) by a very nice and competent instructor. But the whole staff was absolutely great, friendly, obliging and just super nice. We were picked up at our apartment and brought to the Cenote outside of Playa del Carmen. It's a very interesting and beautiful place. We were informed about everything and more - all we asked for. Our instructor took so much time for us, explaining all the techniques and everything, answering questions very detailed and patient - but also humorous - and gave us the greatest time! He was extremely patient with us, even though one of us was afraid of diving, he made us feel absolutely comfortable right away and in the water he continuously supported and motivated us in the best way. It is great for absolute beginners who are first afraid of scuba diving - to overcome the fear. And they have also programs for advanced divers, that are also great for sure. The place has a lot to discover and the organization is great. We would totally recommend going on a trip with them!
