Just in the heart of Mexico city, this is by far, a much better place to enjoy a hamburger than the ones served at Mac Donald's. Despite the price is sometimes sky high for some burgers, the taste really worth it. Fries are delicious!!! While waiting for your order, you can have some peanuts for free and soda is unlimited!

Burgers used to be good, they were full of flavour, but apparently something changed, they are not as tasty as they used to be. It is a shame. Yet, they are a better option than MickyDs or BK. Furthermore, they seem to have an issue with the service, specially at weekends, when the place is bursting at the seams. Apparently, they don't have enough staff, and the available ones are angry and stressed, so it is evident that the service is rather poor on these days. Another issue, is the restrooms, because they are on the second level and I wonder What happens when a disabled customer or a person that can't walk needs one? The place is too big, for just Two restrooms on the second floor.

To all the hamburger lovers out there... I came here with great expectations, the place looks cool, and loved all the Pirates theme. However, the hamburgers were not near as good as I expected. The toppings are cold so, although your patty is coming straight out of the grill when you take your first bite the burger is cold... Then the patty is not really flavorful, nor juicy... They do have peanuts (kinda like five guys in the US) I leave sad because I really wanted this place to be the burger place to go to in CDMX, but it is not.

Hamburgers were ok, atmosphere was very crowded and noisy. Better luck at burger king.
