Why didn’t I know about this place before?! Not only were the views stunning, the location for getting to shops and restaurants at our fingertips but the host was extremely delightful. Knowledgeable about where else to venture out to for lovely sights, his place was clean, with delightful splashes of color and artwork everywhere anddd the cherry on top we ended up taking paddle board lessons from him on the whim. His patience was everything, the beauty of his spot is PERFECT. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed in any way possible. THANKS AGAIN, promise we will return!

We lived in this penthouse for a year and thoroughly enjoyed it. Excellent location in the Nuevo Vallarta Marina surrounded by multiple restaurants & only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The interior is bright, spacious and recently renovated. The owner is extremely responsive and friendly to deal with. The views are beautiful and there is always a pleasant breeze through the unit keeping it very comfortable. Highly recommend for a getaway where you have complete privacy and all the amenities you need within walking distance. Craig

What a perfect spot. The condo is very tastefully decorated, very spacious, and very comfortable. Everything you need is provided for, either a short stay or a long term rental. The location is perfect with a superb view of the bay, lots of action of boats coming and going while sitting on the balcony. Right next door is Vallarta Adventures where dolphins and sea lions live, and where you get a birds eye view of them. Nuevo Vallartas spectacular beach is an easy walk, about 5 mins, and easy walking to restaurants in the area. We found the spot perfect for us, and will definitely book in again.
