We had a large room with rooftop deck which was awesome! Spent a lot of time up there relaxing. Furnishings were older but clean. There is no front desk to speak of so you are pretty much on your own. We had been to this area several times and were comfortable getting around on our own. But if you wanted any tourist travel advice and direction you won't find it here.the property was tropical and secure, pool was nice. It is a good 20 min walk to downtown and 10-15 to the beach. There is a shopping center (outdoor mall, money exchange, convenience store, 1 or 2 places to eat) in the condo complex but parking is difficult. It was quiet and away from the crowds of downtown. Yvonne and Moises are both super helpful, courteous staff. Overall we enjoyed it!

f you are looking for a large unit and you don’t mind old mouldy smelly rooms and bathrooms, then this place may do. It’s not a 3 star hotel. At the most it’s a 2.5 stars only because of the the size of the rooms, the existence of the pool and furniture. The smell is very unpleasant, and there is black mould all around the bathroom. Paseo has no restaurants or even coffee place. Also, to get to the beach,, you have to get up very early and line up to get a pass for the beach as there are only limited spaces for the public. At 11 pm you will be asked to leave the pool area as the “pool time is over at 11 pm”. The shower switch in our bathroom didn’t work and it was old that the switch was rusty and the handle was broken. See the video.

Beautiful, quiet place, close to beach.

Beautiful condo, very clean and ours was a walk out to the pool area. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. We spent more time at the pool side than at the busy, touristy beach. The only minus is it's a 20 min walk to the city border, although there is a continuous stream of taxis. Expect to pay 90 pesos for a ride into the city There is a large gym although we didn't use the facilities.

If you want a place that is 15 years old and has been used without making any inprovements other than add calking if leaks leaky air conditioning no pass to get to beach no phone supplied barbecue looked like it was left over from yard sale moldy bathrooms it was all give nothing and charge big money the people that work their try their best to make it work great pool and grounds but these placeshave been used and abused not elegent like add says
