The rooms are great and include all the comforts and amenities one needs while enjoying Oaxaca City. Moreover, the hosts are very helpful and pleasant, and the location is ideal for enjoying the central district.

Great apartment! Owners Rene and Oscar are amazing hosts! I stayed in the apartment on the second floor for a month and I really liked it. It's very close to everything, easy 10-15 min walk to central square. There is a highway nearby to take buses and colectivos to villages and around the city. Yet the apartment itself is very quiet, especially the bedroom. Apartment has a nice cross breeze when the nights are hot. Wonderful rooftop terrace with stunning 360 degree view of the city and mountains. Large supermarket is under 10 min walk. On the next block, there's a kiosk with purified bottled water that delivers it to your place. Very convenient. Enjoyed my stay!

This is a really nice and sweet place to live. I am staying on the ground floor apartment for 2 month. The owner is very responsible and helpful. The location is very convenient. There is a big supermarket 5 mins away where I can shop for everyday need. One black away there are cozy restaurant and coffee shop. The place is very quite at night. I definitely would like to stay here next time when I am visiting Oaxaca.

Really good place to stay while visiting Oaxaca, it lifted up my expectations! It’s a clean place to stay, great location, everything is within walking distance, besides the owner is a really nice person... I would definitely stay here again!

This is really a very sweet place to live. The outside has recently been repainted. The bedroom is in the back so that you don't hear anything at night. Also, the street is very quiet, hardly any traffic at all. There is a nice eat in kitchen with full size fridge/freezer and a full size gas stove with oven. The bathroom is a nice size. Also, a nice living room with comfy chairs. There is tile throughout. It was recently renovated. There is great ventilation with windows in front and back giving a very pleasant cross breeze. I would highly recommend living here.
