I called this place because of good reviews, they were accommodating giving me an appointment same day which is great, showed up and I was impressed with facilities, nice place, waited about 25 minutes to see Dr Murguía, Dr. Murguía basically just give you a questionnaire, what you like to eat and what you don't like to eat, no questions about how long you been gaining weight or about your actual diet, very mechanical, no explanation how their plan works nor what they offer to assist to lose weight, she just checked my weight and height, said that I'm at least 10 kilos overweight, asked me for my email, saying she was going to email me next day my grocery list and my diet schedule, also mentioned that was good idea to get my blood test to see how my health was going, I requested off next day to do my blood test and my shopping to start working in my goal of losing weight, NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL
I'm not going to call them to remainder them about something they should do
I'll start looking for a better option which I'm sure there are many other good options
Wasted time and money

Llame a este lugar por las reseñas, buen servicio en recepción me dieron cita el mismo día, lo que es bueno, las instalaciones muy bonitas y modernas, la visita con la dra Murguía es muy rápida y básicamente es un cuestionario, no más, no preguntas de como llego uno a este peso , si fue por una condición médica, solo me peso, me midió y me dijo que tengo por lo menos 10 kilos de sobrepeso, me preguntó que no como y que como, me menciono que era buena idea hacerme unos análisis para ver cómo andan mis niveles, me pidió mi correo para mandarme mi lista de mandado y la orden para los análisis,me dijo que llegaría el correo al otro día temprano, pedí el día en el trabajo y no desayune para estar listo para los análisis e ir por mi mandado
....espere y espere todo el día el correo que nunca llegó,
Bueno pues empezaré a buscar otra opción,
