Just do it! It's more of something to see than something to do but really cool. See whales on the way there. Snorkel while.you wait to get in. And play on the really soft sand once there.

Awesome place to visit and is a must to visit. You have to swim to the cave so be prepared for that it’s about 170 yards and can take some energy especially if your not a good swimmer. The views around the island are great excursion is dope we went with (beachboy) they were awesome. Additionally we saw whales as we approached the island the hour long trip is definitely worth it
An experience! An hour boat ride to the area, but whales along the way. We saw 7! This was in December and I think they head back to Alaska the end of March. Only 140 people a day are allowed into the beach as is strictly enforced. Make sure you book a tour that guarantees you access. You only get 30 minutes on the beach, but it is so unique of that it’s worth the trip. Swimming in is a challenge, be prepared for some effort.
Amazing experience swimming in and having this little piece of paradise all to ourselves.
It’s worth every effort to make it to the beach. You get 15 minutes to frolic and take pictures
