I lived at Mayan Springs for 3 1/2 months recently. It is peaceful and affordable, has many trees and fragrant plants...and has a wonderful swimming pool that Abraham works hard at keeping in tip-top condition! Definitely recommended. Enjoy. By Michael Sherman 15/8/2017

Cindy and Dale Meier Vancouver, Canada My husband and I have now been renting an apartment for our vacation in Tanlum Merida, at Mayan Springs, for over 3 years now. The reason we have continued renting here is because we really enjoy our stay there, on so many levels. It's a very safe and very pleasant place to rent. Not only does our landlord keep the apartment maintained in impeccable condition, but he is also a very accommodating and polite individual. The apartment is always very clean and the essentials are provided. The rental comes with free parking, Wi-Fi and lovely modern furnishings. The apartments are thoughtfully done up and includes personal touches like colorful pillows and art work and beautiful paintings by local artists. All of the appliances are clean and in excellent working condition including the air conditioner and additional fans. Abraham has always been very prompt with any questions or concerns and very approachable. The garden is breathtaking and he always keeps the beautiful pool clean and maintained. It's a very peaceful place where you can relax and enjoy. Abraham also provides us with information and guidance for a better stay in Merida, of upcoming events and local sights and tours. He has also given information on the Cenotes and beautiful beaches as well as amazing places to dive and snorkel. We both recommend others to stay here, as both of us have had a more enjoyable vacation just with residing here. Enjoy!!
La decoración del departamento muy bonito. El jardín está lleno de flores y la alberca siempre está limpia, todo muy bien cuidado. Muchas gracias por todo sr. Abraham siempre cordial y amable.
sin duda quedamos totalmente satisfechos en el tiempo que estuvimos aqui, el señor es super amable y atento, las instalaciones siempre muy limpias y el ambiente excelente. sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente si lo que buscan es tranquilidad y una buena calidad de vida.
Mi novio y yo rentamos en este increíble lugar y en verdad el Sr. Jaime es super atento, super respetuoso y siempre pendiente de las necesidades de los que rentamos en su casa, el jardín esta impecable, la alberca siempre limpia, los accesos a la casa siempre estan iluminados, la ubiacion de la casa esta increible, ya que tienes todo super cerca. realmente recomiendo rentar con el Sr. Jaime.
nunca lo he visitado pero luego de leer los comentarios del propietario no pienso hacerlo, semejante personaje que se refiere de estupid@s a sus clientes. lo nunca visto con razon tanta personas estan desepcionadas de su estadia alli
