It's funny. Kids feel like adults. They can be fire fighter.

Really enjoyed this place! My children had a very good time in here. The \city\ was designed to make you feel like you are in a world run by children. The concept works and the kids truly learn while playing. The areas were clean. It was a little full, most likely due to summer season. It's hot out in Monterrey and people want to be indoors. I appreciated the staff being understanding and kind with the kids. It left a nice impression recommended for kids 5-12.

Really fun place to take the children. Except to the customer service. My family and i had a really bad experience. We asked to speak to supervisor her name is CAROLINA they call her Carol. she was very rude. ignored us the whole time and left us waiting there for a while. The cashier name Roberto was useless he kept pushing us to buy their food. Telling us that right there and then was the only chance we had to buy food. it was our first time there and had no idea there was more options of food. he practically made us buy the packages . and the food was terrible. we ended up having to buy Dominos pizza instead which was way better. Terrible costumer service with \supervisor\ CAROLINA

Took our 2 1/2 year old and they didnt bother to tell us this place is best for kids 5 and older...also expensive considering the place is in desperate need of repairs or remodeling. Waste of time and money for me, but looks fun for older kids.
